target audience

 who will be our target audience. 

As the genre of our film is a thriller our target audience will be teenagers and young adults. As it stars a female lead that means that it is likely for there to be a lot of young men wanting to watch. This means that a lot of people will be wanting to watch it to see a woman get hurt. In general men will not want to watch a horror/thriller film staring a male as it is challenging to watch males in positions of vulnerability. However as a woman is in the position of vulnerability it means that it there is no issue with men watching it as it is how society is.

As our film is about an act of karma from a spiritual level it would be best if the audience in question would be aged 15 however as no graphic  violence is shown in a disturbing level in the opening scene.
