editing
The editing stage of our production was stressful. Our group dissagreed on quite a few things and it resulted in some people getting dispondant. I was the editor and because of this role with disagreements around me constantly I found myself doing majority of the work. However we managed to work together and finish the project. If I could change one thing about the editing process it would be to keep things simple and see it as a cake, dont ice it before its been baked. We found ourselves cutting tiny bits of clips when we had only just started which seemed pretty useless looking back as we ended up changing most of that.
As for sound the sound was not an easy thing to do. I am the only one who knows how to use sound editing software so I worked on the sound as well. My group were not too fussed about helping out with this and as it was a stressful expiriance it would have been nice to have more than just moral support. There was one particular bit of the editing process that stood out as a night mare for me and this was when we thought we had produced the final edit when Luke wanted to change something. This through off all of the sound and we basically had to juggle audio for a whole day. Having said that watching the final edit now really makes it feel like it was worth all of the stress.
