We know that the man is a Butcher because of he is sharpening his sharp knifes and he is wearing an apron

Low key light is used on the captured man who is dressing in garbage to show that he is hiding

Its all very closed and confined. This shows that the man is captured and he cannot get away.

Close ups makes it seem claustrophobic makes him seem trapped. 

Increased pace of editing shows that suspense is being built
