about me

 Hi my name is Dan. I am 17 years old and I live in a small village in surrey. I am a national pole vaulter and I also thoroughly  enjoy mountain biking. I have been pole vaulting since I was 10 and have broken the Sussex record and the horsham blue star club record. 

I have a real passion for guitar and I have been playing since I was 9. I am massively inspired by 80’s rock songs and anything with some heavy guitar involved. When I want to relax i plug my headphones in and listen to some Beethoven.

Before hurtwood I went to a school just down the road called duke of kent. I attended this school for 5 years before I moved on. I was very pleased with my GCSE results (even though I didn't take them) and I am really enjoying my new subjects.
